Exact formulas behind every number in a report.
(average likes + average comments) ÷ followers × 100- Median is always shown beside the average, because one viral post can inflate an average.
- Posts with hidden like counts are excluded from the sample and the engagement numerator.
- Pinned posts are excluded from cadence so an old pin doesn't distort posting frequency.
- Cadence = (posts in window − 1) ÷ window days × 7.
- Plays come from Reels only and are omitted — never shown as zero — when not available.
